While Jo Ann is responsible for ensuring the quality of standards are met throughout residential and retail operations, she is most excited to help bring a team together to help create moments that support the student experience. Jo Ann believes that the way to people’s hearts and souls is through food and that any and all problems can be solved over a meal!

Current and Future Goals

Jo Ann wants to support the dining team to deliver their best with each meal served and to foster an environment of community and growth. In turn, this will create a positive and engaging environment for students throughout the dining locations on campus.

Continuously recognized for strong leadership by employer and industry professional groups including recognized for leading the best Atlantic Region Food Service Operation by the

National Restaurant Association. Jo Ann has experience leading collegiate food service programs across Virginia including residential dining halls, retail locations, and catered events.
