Also supports a paradigm that focuses on making diet and nutrition a priority for all by addressing issues related to cultural norms, diverse populations, socioeconomic factors, food security, educational programs, access to diet and nutrition counseling and health policy reforms.

Developing the True Balance station and the Worry-Free Zone to ensure that menus and offerings omit the top 9 food allergens plus gluten. Credentials
Completed a Masters of Science in Nutrition from Meredith College and is both a Registered Dietitian and a Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist.
Allergen Expertise
Kelli is experienced in conducting consultations with students with special dietary needs and food allergies and works to educate culinary and management teams to ensure that dietary needs are being accommodated through National Menu Labeling, specially prepared meals and the procurement of prepackaged foods or the preparation of daily menu offerings.
University Experience
Her cross-campus collaboration means she is well versed in the complexities of a university system and looks to support students across the entire campus residential experience and beyond.
