Tour and Gathering
Last month, representatives from Aramark, William & Mary and other local Aramark accounts visited Slade Farms in Surry, VA to discuss opportunities for BIPOC-owned farmers to be better represented within regional dining programs. While this is only the beginning of a lengthy process, it was an immense privilege to share a meal with this incredible community and better understand the work they are doing across the river from campus.
